Scales to Your Group
We host 30, 50, 100+ on the same field. Refs adjust game formats, team splits, and pacing to match the group size.
Digital Waivers in Advance
Send waivers to your group before the event. Everyone signs digitally. No paperwork pile at check-in.
Mixed Experience Levels
First-timers and veterans in the same group? Refs run games that work for both, keeping pacing accessible without dumbing anything down.

How many people can you handle at once?
We regularly host groups of 30 to 100+. Church youth groups, school field trips, company outings, military units. The field scales to the group, not the other way around.
Can we split into teams ahead of time?
Yes. Organize your teams however you want before arrival, or let our refs split you up on-site. We run the games around your group structure.
Do you handle waivers for large groups?
Every player signs a waiver before playing. We send digital waivers ahead of time so your group can sign before they arrive. No paperwork bottleneck on game day.
Is there a deposit or minimum spend?
Booking requires a reservation, not a deposit. You pay the per-person rate based on the actual headcount at check-in. No minimum spend beyond the package rate.
What about players who have never played before?
Most large groups have a mix of experience levels. Our refs brief everyone, gear everyone up, and run games that work for first-timers and experienced players in the same session.
Can we bring food for the group?
Yes. Covered picnic tables are available for food, drinks, and catering. No outside food fees. Bring whatever you need for your event.
